Co-founder and trustee of The Pace Family Foundation, Kristin Morch contributes to improving health care in Ontario through generously supporting the Toronto Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation, the Hospital for Sick Children, and the North Bay General Hospital, along with many other community causes and local charities. The Pace Family Foundation also supports health care and water projects throughout Rwanda, The Democratic Republic of Congo, Uganda, Niger and Kenya.
From 2001 to 2012, Kristin served as General Counsel to The Continental Saxon Group, a diversified real estate, venture capital and oil and gas private company, where she assisted in the acquisition of a major cross-Canada retail chain. Previously, as a Partner in the law firms of both, Aird and Berlis LLP, and Aylesworth Thompson, she specialized in real estate financing and insolvency matters. Earlier in her career she practiced law for Ernst & Young, and Smith Lyons.
Kristin has served on the Toronto Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation’s Board of Directors, Legal Committee and Cabinet of the Capital Campaign.
Kristin holds an LLB and Honours BA degree from Queen's University.
