Rob finds a stowaway space frog on board the rocket and the crew decide they must find it a better place to live than on a rocket ship. They head to the Rain Forest Planet where they're sure they'll find the perfect home for 'Harold'. Although the others find all kinds of suitable places for a frog to live, for some strange reason, none of them are deemed 'perfect' enough for Harold by Rob. It's only after the crew is ready to give up that they discover Rob's resistance is all because he doesn't want to part with his new friend. FOUND UNWOUND: Rob and friends discover that Squeak's key is missing and he's starting to wind down! They decide to travel to the Wind Up Planet, in order to re-start their little friend. Only problem is all the keys they find appear to give Squeak different and CRAZY personalities!

Zack comes upon Axle who is struggling to drive up a hill with a large flag that he made. Axle's tires aren't very good at gripping the dirt. Zack's tires are very grippy but he doesn't have enough power to climb the hill with Axle's big flag. They call the strongest Zerby they know, Rex. But Rex can't climb the hill either, because he's a heavy truck and even all his power isn't enough to make it up the hill. Sandy the bulldozer comes by and the Zerbies learn that not only are Bulldozers super powerful, but the caterpillar treads grip the dirt even better than wheels. Sandy not only carries the flag to the top of the hill, but tows up Axle, Zack and Rex as well.

While Dr. David visits their class he has two surprises for Dan, Cory, Kami, Ricardo, Angie, Jordan and Ms. Carver. The first is that he brought a T-rex claw from 65 million years ago to show them and, as if that wasn't enough, Dr. David announces that Dan's Dad has organized a dinosaur-themed sleepover for all of his friends at the Royal Ontario Museum!

Jerry tells them both to quiet down, but the knocking persists. And now there is a terrible smell too. Curious, they check it out. Bakko is convinced it is a Hammer Head - and that could only spell trouble. Finally they capture the monster making the noise and discover it's a Mink Frog that sounds exactly like a hammer knocking. Now Jerry really has something to bring for show and tell at school... and he might do one of Gant's Knock-Knock jokes too.

THOMAS gets his friends to ,help, by giving the ,lion, treacle, fish and straw. So, all because THOMAS was in too much of a hurry to listen to advice, the statue is in a real mess. In Act Three, THOMAS, by asking the right questions now, manages to get the statue cleaned and delivered to the Town Square in time for its unveiling.

Bob the Boat and Flynn the Float-Plane meet up with the Construction Zerbies, who, with the help of Fran the Ferry, are moving rocks across the lake. Bob and Flynn want to help move rocks. Bob has Strut place a rock on his front, but that just tips him forward. Flynn tries a rock on his back, but that just tips him backward. They both try their sides but that doesn't seem to work either. Zack comes by and shows them how he has his rock right in the middle - where it balances. Bob and Flynn decide to try, try again, this time with rocks right in the middle, where they feel they balance the best. Sure enough, when the rocks are in the right spot Bob and Flynn can carry them across the lake with no problem.
