Zack comes upon Axle who is struggling to drive up a hill with a large flag that he made. Axle's tires aren't very good at gripping the dirt. Zack's tires are very grippy but he doesn't have enough power to climb the hill with Axle's big flag. They call the strongest Zerby they know, Rex. But Rex can't climb the hill either, because he's a heavy truck and even all his power isn't enough to make it up the hill. Sandy the bulldozer comes by and the Zerbies learn that not only are Bulldozers super powerful, but the caterpillar treads grip the dirt even better than wheels. Sandy not only carries the flag to the top of the hill, but tows up Axle, Zack and Rex as well.

But when Chickaletta and her new friend fall down Farmer Yumi's well, Marshall's magnetism comes to the rescue!

It's an important day on the Island of Sodor. The football team are playing an important match. All of the engines are given special jobs to help with the big day. Thomas is asked to bring the team to the match and Emily is asked to bring the team's washing. Emily is not happy about this at all. She wants to do a job which is more important. So Emily decides to try and help everybody else and ignores her job. Emily soon learns that her job is very important - the washing she is due to deliver is the Sodor team's football kit! Now the football team have nothing to wear as Emily still hasn't collected the washing. Emily decides to make everything right for the team. She races to get the football kits cleaned and dries them by hanging the shirts like a long washing line from her funnel. The football team is delighted.

Edward tries to show Charlie that he is a really fun engine instead of doing his job properly. Edward decides to be called Eddie for the day and races along the tracks telling Charlie jokes. Charlie thinks Eddie is so funny. A big mistake occurs when Edward takes the Fat Controller's car to the Steamworks by mistake. Kevin doesn't know how to fix cars, only steam engines, but Edward doesn't listen to Kevin and races off to have more fun with Charlie. Edward is horrified when he arrives back to the Steamworks and sees that instead of fixing the Fat Controller's car Kevin has put a funnel on its roof! The Fat Controller arrives to see the great big funnel sitting on top of his precious car! Edward realises that he needs to concentrate on his job rather than racing around Sodor with Charlie. Soon the car is fixed and Edward successfully delivers the mended car back to the Fat Controller.

One night in Tinga Tinga Spider decided to make Jackal a pair of wings so that he could fly up to the moon and stop howling! Jackal and Spider stole the feathers from Ostrich's neck and legs until she looked like a very big plucked chicken! The next day Ostrich was mortified and stuck her head in the ground so that Lion couldn't see her. And it was perfect ... because Ostrich looked just like a bush! Tales from Africa.

Koda ties a blanket around his shoulder and starts acting like a super hero, zipping around at lightning speed (or so he thinks), flying off the climber (little jumps really) and saving everyone (although no one needs to be saved.) After a while Super Koda starts to be a bit disruptive. When he crashes into the new box of biscuits a very annoyed Pedro informs him that he is NOT super. Koda feels let down and glum. But then he rescues a little bird that has fallen from it's nest and everyone agrees that Koda has super hearing and super bravery! He really is super Koda.

A sculpting tool washed up on the beach takes Lily on an imaginary journey to Driftwood Bay where Lord Stag has commissioned Wee Rabbit to make a huge statue of himself. Stag insists that the statue is made bigger and bigger until a disaster on the way to Stag Castle sends the huge statue hurtling out of control!

Balancing Boats and Floats
Bob the Boat and Flynn the Float-Plane meet up with the Construction Zerbies, who, with the help of Fran the Ferry, are moving rocks across the lake. Bob and Flynn want to help move rocks. Bob has Strut place a rock on his front, but that just tips him forward. Flynn tries a rock on his back, but that just tips him backward. They both try their sides but that doesn't seem to work either. Zack comes by and shows them how he has his rock right in the middle - where it balances. Bob and Flynn decide to try, try again, this time with rocks right in the middle, where they feel they balance the best. Sure enough, when the rocks are in the right spot Bob and Flynn can carry them across the lake with no problem.

When all the tires on the Adventure Bay school bus blow out, Rocky has to help repair them. Meanwhile, the kids still need to get to school, so Ryder volunteers to use the Paw Patroller as a substitute school bus. The kids have a great time on their new bus, but then are accidentally launched out on the pups' vehicles! Now the pups must go all over town to rescue the kids, their rides, and get everyone to school on time!

The piano is gigantic to a Floogal. How can it be making such lovely music and how can a Floogal make that music too? Well, one Floogal can't but a team of Floogals can. In a scene reminiscent of 'Big' we see our Floogals work out how keys and strings work in a piano to make a tune!

All the tubes and valves are hand built in the horn factory. Gears and Wiz learn about annealing and how the bell is made on the horn with a lathe and some serious hammering on an anvil.

Zeppelin 1: Waterfalls / Zeppelin 2: Atoll
The Pteranodon kids are riding the Dinosaur Train with friend and fellow pterosaur, Quincy Queztalcoatlus. When they pass by a waterfall, Buddy comments on how big it is! Quincy's dad mentions a giant waterfall at the edge of the Western Interior Sea. Mr. Conductor gives a lesson about waterfalls and then suggests a unique and amazing way to view the giant falls - from above! They can fly in the experimental Dinosaur Train Zeppelin...if Thurston Troodon will agree to take them all there on the zeppelin's maiden voyage. Thurston does and our Pteranodon family gets to experience a spectacular zeppelin ride! The Queztalcoatluses fly alongside, impressing everyone with their flying abilities. After learning more about waterfalls, the Pteranodons catch lots of fish and dine before heading back to the Train via the one-of-a-kind Dinosaur Train Zeppelin! --- When the Pteranodon family spots Annie and her T. rex herd migrating to follow the food, the Pteranodon kids wonder if other creatures, even marine mammals, also migrate. The Conductor flies the Pteranodon family over the ocean in the Dinosaur Train Zeppelin to look for Polycotylus, a type of marine reptile that does migrate in the ocean. After spotting a pod of migrating Polycotylus from the sky, the Zeppelin lands in an atoll and our family meets Paulette and Polly Polycotylus, a mother and daughter (from what is modern-day Australia.) Our Pteranodon kids, and Mom, Dad and the Conductor learn all about Polycotylus migration and the reptile features. Then the whole group of new friends enjoys a fish-picnic on the reef of the atoll before the Pteranodon clan heads back home in the zeppelin.

A Flying Adventure
With a little help from her friends, Tweet learns how to improve her flying skills so that she can stay up in the air longer and fly further than she's ever flown before. Educational - Comparative distances: Helping children to begin to use language to make comparisons around distance: i.e. near and far, further, furthest etc. Identifying something 'near' and something 'far away'. Beginning to recognize animals - and objects - that do and don't fly.

When the clouds can't get cold enough to give the earth the snow it needs, Mr Moon and Silva rush to Ganymede, Jupiter's moon, to collect ice crystals to feed the clouds and make them cool. Suddenly...snow!

Coco and Charlie are playing at Bing's house when Coco spots the measuring lines on the wall that show how Bing has grown. Flop measures Bing and he's bigger than the last time. When Bing can't reach his paper airplane Coco offers to measure him again to check if he's really grown but they don't quite get the measuring ritual right and the new mark is much lower than before. Bing gets scared that he's growing down and that if he keeps going he'll be as small as Charlie.

Toby and the Whistling Woods
The Fat Controller asks Toby to go to the Summerhouse. This means that Toby will need to puff through the whistling woods. Toby is scared of the Whistling Woods but decides to be brave and starts to make his way through them. Suddenly he hears a strange noise and reverses quickly out of the woods where he meets Thomas and James. The engines see that Toby is a little frightened and offer to travel through the woods with him. Toby insists he can get through the woods on his own, so off he goes again. Toby enters the woods and soon hears another noise. He races right out of the woods again and bumps into James and Thomas's coal trucks. After another scares in the woods Toby decides to take the help that his friends have offered. Thomas and James take Toby through the woods. Suddenly Toby gets scared by the strange noises but his friends tell him that the noises are friendly sounds. One sound is being made by a beautiful owl, another is the sound of a waterfall, and the last is the sound of the wind whistling through the woods. Toby is at last happy in the Whistling Woods!

When Rob, TK and Orbit find they just don't have what it takes to catch speedy little Squeak, they decide to visit the Tune Up Planet to get upgrades that will increase their robotic abilities. Although Ema can't understand why they want to change themselves, the robots are adamant and end up with a super speedy wheel for TK, super new rocket boots for Rob and magnetic arms for Orbit. However they soon discover that having these new abilities only causes problems and that Ema was right - her robotic pals are just fine the way they were. They remove the upgrades and Ema shows them how to catch Squeak by luring him with a piece of cheese.

Zack, Lily and Rex are racing back to Zerby Town when Rex gets stuck under a fallen tree. Zack and Lily try to push him out but he's truly stuck. Zack tries to pull while Lily pushes, but still no luck. They think that digging down would work, until they realize Rex is on rock, not dirt. Finally they realize that if Rex takes some air out of his tires, he will lower down enough to get out from under the log.

Instead the young crew find a heap of trouble while trying to track the birds down. It's up to Ryder and the Paw Patrol to save the young wanna-be rescuer and his mini crew in time for Hat-a-palooza!

After finalizing an untested upgrade to the XL-5 to improve its spying capabilities, the relentless RoboCoach malfunctions in the gym - and forces Vulture to take part in an extreme training class. Will the Racers be able to save Vulture from the crazed RoboCoach, and ultimately get their beloved Coach Pigeon reinstated to his job?

But it's not as easy as following the delicious scent. They get lost following lemurs, have a misadventure on a rope bridge, and finally arrive at a vanilla farm, only to discover that vanilla is actually the dried fruit of an orchid! Oto decides that even though vanilla doesn't come from a fountain, it's still delicious. --- When a favourite plant outgrows its pot, Gabi's distraught. Where can she find a bigger flower pot? Fortunately, they get a Tip about some 'amazing flower pots' in the BAY OF FUNDY, in NEW BRUNSWICK, CANADA. But when they arrive, all they find are small islands, in the Bay! The truth is revealed at low tide, when the ocean recedes, revealing that the 'islands' are large rocks which have been eroded into 'flower pot' spindles. In the end, resourceful Oto turns driftwood into a new flower pot.

Kyla plays chess on a life-sized outdoor board with a young chess champ, and then checks out some old board games at a games cafe. They discover that modern games evolved from older games, and that even the newest coolest games seem to borrow from games that are thousands of years old.
