Before the show, Ella and the kids go for a big bike ride around the island to take Tiki's mind off the play. Along the way, Ella loses her hat and she's worried. The kids must retrace their path, find the hat, and get Tiki to the theater on time. They look everywhere with no luck, until... in a strange twist, Tiki knows where the hat is. She figured it out ...but she was so nervous about the play she didn't want to go back to the theatre. Ella helps Tiki with her stage fright and uses her magic hat to get Tiki back the theater just in time!

Strut his happily digging a hole around himself when he realizes that he's dug down too deep to get back out. Zack, Rex and the other construction Zerbies try, try again to help Strut get out of the hole, but the problem is, when a Zerby needs lifting up, it's usually Strut who they call. What do they do when it's Strut that needs the lift? First, Fill the Front Loader tries pouring dirt down into the hole so Strut can make a ramp, but there isn't enough room for Strut to get out of the way and the dirt ends up on his roof. Next, Sandy the bulldozer tries to pull Strut out, but she can only pull him sideways against the edge of the hole. Finally, Zack notices a tree branch above Strut. Throwing his hook over the branch, Strut is able to pull himself up and out of the hole.

Thomas is asked to collect precious Jobi Wood from Misty Island by the Fat Controller. He is so excited and decides to head there as quickly as possible. Bash, Dash and Ferdinand, the Logging Locos, offer to help Thomas but Thomas doesn't think he needs their help. Thomas takes Edward with him. On Misty Island Thomas shows Edward all the exciting places to visit. There's the Shake Shake Bridge and of course Ol Wheezy Hee Haw. Thomas starts to collect the Jobi wood and it's not long before Ol Wheezy starts throwing the Jobi logs everywhere. It's chaos as Thomas tries to bring Ol Wheezy under control. He just can't stop the Jobi logs flying through the air. Luckily for Thomas the Logging Locos turn up on Misty Island to help him. At last order is restored and Thomas delivers the Jobi Wood to Sodor.

Whiff is excited as Scruff the Scruncher is arriving to help him at the Waste Dump. It's Thomas's job to collect Scruff and bring him to the Waste Dump. Thomas meets Scruff at Brendham Docks and sees that Scruff is really quite scruffy and a bit dirty. Thomas decides it would be useful to give Scruff a clean before he starts his new job at the Waste Dump. Thomas brings the cleaners from the washdown to wash Scruff but before they can wash Scruff, Scruff races off. Thomas realises that Scruff is hiding in a siding and there is nothing he can do to persuade Scruff to come out. Gordon, Percy and Henry try to help Thomas come out of the siding too but Scruff just won't come out. Thomas then realises that Scruff doesn't want to be clean at all - he just wants to be scruffy. Thomas takes Scruff to the waste dump where he works with Whiff. Scruff gets messier and scruffier and just loves it!

Daisy overhears and her feelings are hurt. The others tell Lucas and Pedro it isn't very nice to make fun of someone because their food is different and Lucas and Pedro apologize. Everyone tries the new snack and likes them except Pedro, who's convinced he won't like them. But when he inadvertently tastes one, he finds he loves them. In fact, he's so wild for them he tries to convince Daisy to bring in more the next time she drops in for the day.

But when the roads start crossing over each other and getting confusing they try, try again to come up with a better way to organize the town. Their first solution is to put everyone's garage far enough away so that no one's road goes over anyone elses. But the Zerbies end up so far away from each other that they decide there must be another way. Zack and Axle realize that if everyone shares a main street then they can each have their own short road - their driveway - and a big shared road - Main Street.

Adventure Camp: Rafting / Adventure Camp: Mountain Climbi
Buddy, Tiny, Shiny and Don go river rafting for the first time at Nature Adventure's Tracking Camp. Their old pal Jess Hesperornis meets up with them and they all learn about erosion and the importance of rivers, before finishing up their adventure by cruising through some rapids! --- For their second outing at Nature Trackers Adventure Camp, Buddy, Tiny, Shiny, Don and other friends learn about the tree line as they set out to hike up a mountain. Shiny is determined to get to the top of mountain forest. Buddy wonders if they'll be able to see anything from the mountaintop, through the tall trees. The kids are amazed that the higher they hike, the shorter trees and bushes get! Then they reach the tree line -- a certain point on the mountain, where trees are really small because they don't have enough air to breathe and the temperature is too cold. In the end, Shiny and all the kids use teamwork to all reach the mountaintop together!

Gordon is horrified when the Fat Controller announces that he is to take charge of Whiff's Waste Dump for the day. Gordon arrives at the waste dump and decides that the only thing for it is to hide when other engines arrive at the dump. Gordon just cannot be seen at such a smelly place! As the day progresses Gordon hides from Spencer, Diesel and Thomas. As Gordon hides from each engine the waste trucks get higher and higher and Whiff's Waste Dump becomes smellier and smellier. The Fat Controller arrives with Whiff to state of chaos. What Gordon didn't realise is that the railway inspector is arriving to view the Waste Dump. Gordon realises he has been a silly engine! He gets straight to work to clean up the mess, and with Whiff's help everything is clean and tidy for the inspector's visit.

It's only after the crew is ready to give up that they discover Rob's resistance is all because he doesn't want to part with his new friend.

Bob the Boat finds a new part of Zerby Town Lake to explore. But there are a lot of rocks just under the water that Bob can't see and he keeps running up on them. Bob calls Zack and Fran the Ferry to help. They suggest that Bob could try to remember where all the rocks are, but there are too many to remember. Strut tries clearing some out, but it would take all day to clear them all. Finally they realize that if Bob marks the rocks with sticks then it makes it really easy to know where all the rocks are.

In the end, Team Doki constructs an 'aqueduct' of their own, using recycled materials. --- It's time for the Team's annual grilled-cheese sandwich cook-off - but Fico has eaten the main ingredient! To save the contest, they decide to make some more. But how do you make cheese? They set off to SWITZERLAND, to find out. There, they help a cheese-maker prepare a batch for an upcoming cheese tasting. Despite mishaps like wandering cows and runaway cheese wheels, they manage to make enough cheese for both the tasting and their contest. Now, if they can only keep Fico out of it...

Link has the perfect plan to make use of his star noodles and loads of healthy veggies. A Minestrone soup! But he can't figure out why some of the vegetables need to be sautéed first. Why not just throw all the ingredients into the soup pot at the same time? As he discovers with a bit of experimenting, some vegetables have difficulty softening in a tomatoey broth. So there is order to soup making! --- Link is okay with veggies for dessert and the delicious proof will be delivered in a super moist, chocolate-y zucchini loaf. I.Q. gives the botany scoop that the zucchini used in the recipe is actually an under ripe fruit. Momentary panic sets in, when they realize the careful balance of ingredients to build the best batter is lacking a liquid, but the case is resolved when I.Q. explains the high water content of the zucchini, released from the shredding, will ensure a moist cake.

The Raiders help Jerry build a model airplane when a new neighbor, 7-year old Jamie, asks for help finding Mr. Rathbone, her cat. Jerry gets his dad to draw a picture for a poster, but the Raiders overhear 'sharp Claws and big teeth" and are convinced a jungle cat is on the loose. They will 'capture' it with dad's camera. When they spot BURNING RED EYES in the back yard, they are terrified. Flying Jerry's newly built plane to scare off the animal, they sputter and fall to the ground - and almost get caught as not your normal toys , but Jamie is distracted by her cat in the tree. Later, even though Jerry explains how cat's eyes turn red in reflected light, but Bakko is still sure Burning Eyes is out there.

But while Jerry is inside showing Nicole how, the Raiders spot spies silently flying around the tree house, blinking signals to each other, obviously planning an invasion. Raiders to the Rescue! The sleep-out is ruined as Jerry and the Raiders try to capture the invaders. Finally under a magnifying glass, they discover the magic of fireflies. But by then everyone (but Bakko) falls asleep.
