The Pteranodon kids are playing a game called, I'm the Biggest, which raises the question: how big is the biggest frog? Dad takes the kids on the Dinosaur Train to find the biggest frog ever, the legendary Beelzebufo. Once off the train, they have to take a river raft to find this illusive creature, but find him they do. The kids are surprised to find that Benny Beelzebufo isn't nearly as large (or mean) as they'd imagined, but he is definitely the biggest frog they've ever seen! Benny teaches the kids about his, sit-still-and-wait, hunting style and shows off his large, floating leaf, home. --- The Pteranodon family rides the, Night Train, all the way back to the Jurassic to visit their nocturnal friend, Vlad Volaticotherium, who tells them that he wants to take them caving! Buddy, Tiny, Shiny and Don don't even know what caving is, but they are soon having a great time seeing all of the beautiful stalactites and stalagmites that have formed inside the cave. They also learn that it can be a lot of fun to hear your voice echo down the cave's long caverns!

The sleep-out is ruined as Jerry and the Raiders try to capture the invaders. Finally under a magnifying glass, they discover the magic of fireflies. But by then everyone (but Bakko) falls asleep.

It's Nick's first day back in the junkyard and Anne has a surprise for him: she build an insectorium! Nick is super excited, Shania less so. But the excitement is replaced by fear when a robo-gets into the junkyard that takes footage of the androids and steals all of their programming. It's up to the kids to capture the robo-bug and download the android's programming back into the androids before it's too late. When they capture the robo-bug and save the androids, they discover the bug wasn't recording footage of the androids, it was recording footage of Anne.

Map Quest
The kids are intent on figuring out where the robo-bug came from and who sent it. To do that, Anne works night and day to retrieve its programming. Once she unlocks it, she finds three sets of coordinates using the stars, a map and GPS that lead them nowhere until she realizes she has to triangulate the location. Once she finds the centre of the triangle, and the location that matches it, the kids head to an abandoned building. Inside, they discover the building wasn't always abandoned and it once may have been a laboratory where Anne's Mom worked. But that's not all they find. In a locker they find a hard drive containing complicated designs left for Anne by her Mom. Anne's not sure she's ready to start building whatever the designs are for but, when she's ready, her friends will be there to help.

While Nick's Mom interviews Ada about all the people helping technology Magnus Tech makes, Shania deals with an interview of her own. We learn Shania is a foster kid when her social worker, Dave, comes and sees that Grandma isn't as spritely as she used to be because she's having knee pain. Shania thinks she and her brothers are going to get taken away from Grandma! To help Shania's family out, Anne decides to make a brace for Grandma, and goes to Magnus Tech to ask Ada for help. Thanks to Ada, Shania's family's next interview with Dave goes really well. But Shania learns that Dave was never going to split up her family, he was just going to offer some help. Either way, Grandma's new knee works great and Shania has a reason to be grateful to Ada... not that she'll admit it.

Before their party can start, Ada stops by with a gift for Anne: a 3D printer of her very own. At first Anne's grateful for this gift from her friend. However, after Pal gets infected with a virus by something Ada's 3D printer prints and tries to escape the junkyard, Anne learns that Ada's not a friend at all. Ada's an enemy.

Operation Pal
Anne, Nick and Shania try various ways to rid Pal of the virus that Ada infected Pal with during their Friendiversary party. When all else fails, they have no choice but to sneak Pal into Magnus Tech because the processing power at the junkyard isn't enough. While inside Magnus Tech they are detected by Magnus 22 who wants to alert Ada to their presence. Thanks to some quick thinking from Anne, she uses emotion to overload Magnus 22's processors giving them enough time to fix Pal and escape. In the end, Ada realizes that she's been beaten by Anne but she tells Magnus 22 it's time to start a new initiative: Pal 2.0. Ada introduces Magnus 22 to her very own android.

Anne builds a reservoir and Eyes falls in because he is curious about water, he's never seen so much of it before. Unfortunately, while he's in the water, Eyes short circuits because water is bad for electronics. Nick and Shania manage to pull Eyes out of the water but have a very important question - why couldn't Anne save him? Anne reluctantly admits that she doesn't know how to swim. Nick and Shania love that they have the opportunity to teach Anne something; they teach Anne how to swim and waterproof the androids too.

When Bonnie and Darren, two neighbourhood bullies, bully Garth and takes his favourite toy, his Turbo-kid, Anne tries to step in. She's no match for two bullies and they end up taking her digital lab notebook as well. Anne, Nick and Shania have no choice but to break in to Bonnie and Darren's highly secure, tree fort and steal it back. Meanwhile, Garth sees Pal over the fence of the junkyard and thinks Pal is his favourite superhero, Turbo-kid.

Now that Mr. Cooper and Shania's Grandma are in love, Shania and her whole family are moving into Mr. Cooper's house. Shania's upset about it; she doesn't like change and she doesn't want to live with Mr. Cooper. Meanwhile, Garth goes looking for Robo-kid (Pal) in the junkyard. On the hunt for Robo-kid, Garth finally sees all of the other androids and the mysteries of the junkyard. Really, all Garth wants is for someone to play with him. Which, conveniently, is exactly that Pal wants too. When Shania, Anne and Nick hit a dead-end trying to find Garth, Mr. Cooper helps them Garth down and, in the process, makes amends with Shania.

Pal's nightmares are so bad that they cause Pal to sleepwalk out of Pal's sleep bay, over to Shania's backyard and into the middle of the street. Things go from bad to worse when Anne realizes that Pal's not having nightmares, Pal's receiving messages from Magnus 22 and their making it so that Pal can't recharge. Anne and her friends have to sever the connection between Pal and Magnus 22 or they may lose Pal forever. By bringing Hand into the message to fight off Magnus 22, Anne finds a way to sever the connection. But when Pal wakes up, Pal is worried about Magnus 22 and wants to be its friend.

Big cat tracker Boone Smith teams up with Howard Quigley, who leads the conservation organization Panthera, on a mission to capture, film and attach tracking collars on the cunning and elusive jaguars in the jungles of Belize and the swamps of Brazil, and finally enter the cats' secret lair.
