Zack and Fran the Ferry are out for a ride around Zerby Town Lake on a very windy day. When the joy riding is over Fran tries to land at the docks. But it turns out, landing in the wind is difficult. When she approaches the first time, the wind blows her way off course, into the reeds at the side of the lake. She backs up and tries again, this time starting further to the side, she gets to the dock but blows past before Zack can get off and tie her up. The next time she comes in on an angle so she can stay still in the wind, but the angle is too hard for Zack to get off onto the dock. Finally, Zack realizes that they should use the wind to help them. Fran lines up with the dock in such a way that the wind blows her up against the dock instead of away from it. This allows Zack to get off and tie her up.

Little do they realize that Cali has been packed up too as an unsuspecting stowaway. In an effort to get home, Cali finds herself on Everest's plow, and the pups have to rescue a run-away kitty on a run-away Snow Cat.

THOMAS is sure he can catch it all by himself. THOMAS soon realises that catching runaway kites is really tricky and he can't do it all by himself. It is only with the help of his friends that THOMAS finally catches the runaway kite.

TOBY is fitted with a Brand New Three Chime Whistle while his little bell is repaired. TOBY finds this new whistle a bit daunting. So instead, TOBY comes up with a plan. If he is very careful and drives very slowly he won't need to use it. However, when THOMAS hurtles towards some cows, which have wandered onto the tracks, TOBY is forced to use his bell. TOBY realises that his bell is not that scary, in fact it makes a great noise. So, when GORDON races towards a fallen tree TOBY is happy to blow his whistle and save GORDON too.

Lily tries shaking a tree, but the only tree that's small enough for her to shake is too small for Zack to see. Finally, they hit upon the idea of using something they can both see (an old, dead tree) to drive towards until they find each other.

The Pteranodon family is super excited to be traveling to the 'Classic in the Jurassic', an Olympics type competition in which different dinosaur teams representing the three Mesozoic time periods will compete in various contests. Today's competition is a race between turtle and theropod teams. When the fast running theropods all get tangled up at the finish line, the race comes down to the slow moving turtles. It's an exciting race as the turtles are neck and neck! Who will win this pre-historic match up?? --- Buddy, Tiny and Mrs. Pteranodon are eating lunch at Pteranodon Terrace, and even though they've just eaten a big fish meal, Buddy's tummy is still grumbly-hungry. Mom understands that because Buddy is a carnivore he needs meat, so she takes the kids to the Dining Car on the Dinosaur Train so Buddy can eat some carrion. While dining, Laura Giganotosaurus tells Buddy that the best meal she ever ate was prepared by her cousin, Chef Carson Carcharodontosaurus. So Buddy, Tiny, Mom and Laura all travel to meet the boisterous and generous Chef C and eat some of his famous carrion dishes. Buddy's tummy is happily full when our family leaves to head home. They even bring back a snack for Mr. Conductor!

THOMAS doesn't want to let the children down and decides to make it a picnic story time, and brings the children to the storybooks.

Shania has to go on a survival weekend with Mr. Cooper, Anne and Nick join them. Shania doesn't think it's going to be any fun, especially after Mr. Cooper takes away all their technology. Things get really bad when Mr. Cooper takes the kids canoeing and the canoe flips in some white water rapids; they all go overboard. The kids manage to get to shore but Mr. Cooper doesn't. Not sure where Mr. Cooper is, or if he's alive, the kids have to manage their way through the forest to get back to civilization without him. The friends figure out how to build their own compass, use glasses to make a fire and forage for food. It's the most challenging experience of their lives.

The kids send Pidgely into Magnus Tech to save Robo-mouse. While undertaking that rescue mission, they learn that Ada has deleted Magnus 22. Since Pal considers Magnus 22 a friend, Pal is greatly upset by that and wants Anne to undelete Magnus 22. Anne figures there must be a back-up somewhere and they find out it's at Ada's house. Anne sneaks Art into Ada's house since she has a cleaning robot of her own. However, Art gets trapped when Ada's son Dylan comes home with a bunch of his friends, he's having a party! Anne, Nick and Shania have to attend their first high school party to get Art out. Mid-party, Ada comes home and this provides a distraction so the kids can get Magnus 22 (and Art) safely back to the junkyard.

Anne and Shania upload the newly rescued Magnus 22 to the junkyard servers but end up blowing the power grid because Magnus 22 takes too much power. Anne's Dad is upset that Anne would try to do something like that without telling him about it. They argue about it and work separately to restore power to the junkyard. Meanwhile, Nick's upset because his Dad is once again bailing on the father/son challenge at Zack's Dad's welding shop. But when Nick realizes that they're without power at the junkyard, he invites them to stay at his house. Over dinner that evening, Anne and her Dad make up and finally work together to realize they can use compost to heat the junkyard! Over a celebratory breakfast the next day, a special visitor comes to the door- it's Nick's Dad.

Nick is very disappointed when his Dad ends up having to go on a job for work so Anne's Dad steps in and helps Nick win the competition two years running.

It's Shania's birthday and she has an audition for a new TV show with Britney Gomez. Anne is on a mission to make Shania a birthday cake from scratch. Nick's Mom gets a job offer that will mean that her and Nick have to move. Nick is hesitant but Anne helps him realize that this may be the best thing for both him and his Mom. Shania, on the other hand, is too fixated on herself to help Nick come to a decision. But, in the end, Shania realizes that she should've been a better friend to Nick and, in realizing not everything is about her, she lands a part in the TV show.

The Mother of Invention - Part 1
In the first part of our series finale, Anne and Nick are finally building Anne's Mom's designs -it's a giant hologram machine complete with lasers! Shania lets everyone know that there's a school dance that night and they scored Anne and Pal tickets. Anne agrees to go after they finish her Mom's machine. While they're putting the finishing touches on it, the machine starts to play a message from Anne's Mom but it malfunctions just before Anne can see it. Anne works feverishly to fix it - seeing her mother is more important than a school dance. Meanwhile, when Magnus 23's upload into Ada's android body fails, Ada sends her army of Pal 2.0s to the junkyard to steal Pal once and for all.

The Mother of Invention - Part 2
In the second part of our series finale, Anne, Nick, Shania and all the androids successfully defend themselves against Ada and the Pal 2.0s. While they're celebrating, Anne's Mom's hologram machine starts to work and plays the message for Anne from her mother. It's an emotional moment as Anne sees her mother for the first time. However, yet again, before the message can play out in full, the machine malfunctions again. This time, before Anne can fix it, Ada reveals that they haven't won quite yet - she's taken Nick's Mom hostage and demands a trade: Mom for Pal. Anne sacrifices her Mom's machine to create a Pal hologram and fools Ada into destroying her Pal 2.0s. Ada is finally beaten. After that, Anne decides to the androids out and into the world as her Mom's message inspired her to share her gifts with everyone. She realizes the world deserves to know about the androids and the androids deserve to know about the world.

Everyone loves a carrot, particularly the carrot fly, so Raymond must protect his crop to ensure he has a good supply for his summer carrot stew. Meanwhile, Kate goes on a search to find the wild carrot, the ancestor of today's cultivated carrots, and learns how this vegetable was once used as a potent medicine.
