When Mundi is asked to house-sit a really 'special' home, Doki wonders... what's so special about it? They head over to the 'Smart House' across the lake, to find out! It turns out to be a high-tech house, full of interconnected gadgets. Oto gets over-excited and tries to 'improve' the home's security system, but accidentally damages it, causing stress for Mundi. Instead of giving him the chance to fix his mistake, she banishes him back to the clubhouse. But she soon wishes she hadn't, when Fico and Doki accidentally trip the security system, trapping them all inside! --- When Doki is foiled by a 'windmill' on Oto's mini-golf course, the Team realizes that they don't actually know... what do real windmills do? Doki wants to find out, so he and Fico pack their putters and the whole team heads off to Holland, In the Netherlands. But golf is even harder in this windy country, and a stray ball damages a dike, forcing Doki and Fico to plug the leaks with their fingers! Fortunately, the others have learned what Dutch windmills are really for pumping water away. Doki has learned to fix little problems before they become big ones.

But, while Ryder is ready to bust this royal "ghost", one of the pups isn't running on the double to save the day. Rubble's afraid of ghosts - and until they prove this one isn't real, he's going to steer clear of the castle in the Mission Cruiser. While Rubble keeps safe on the team vehicle, Ryder discovers who's really haunting the castle - it's Sweetie! She's trying to scare everyone out so she'll have the castle all to herself. She'll finally be Queen of the Castle! When Sweetie succeeds in clearing the castle of everyone but her and her ghost knight, Ryder calls on Rubble to board his Mini-Miner to break into the castle and save the day. But Rubble still thinks a specter has taken over the castle, not Sweetie. To save Barkingburg, Rubble will have to overcome his fear of things that go bump in the night! This is a 'Mission Paw'!

But everybody wonders just how safe this search has become, when Chris and Martin get tangled up in a kickboxing match with the dominant male and caught in the middle of a dingo attack.

Bark with Dinosaurs
The Paw Patrol is on a big excavation dig in the jungle with Cap'n Turbot looking for dinosaur fossils when they unearth 3 fossilized eggs. Before they know what's happening the eggs start to hatch and there are three baby pterodactyls running around Adventure Bay! It's all paws on board for this rescue as Ryder sends the pups to catch the dinos. Just as they're doing that Mayor Goodway and Mr. Porter call to report a Utahraptor is destroying Mr. Porters restaurant, and eating everything in sight! And as soon as they get this news, another call comes in, there's a Triceratop on the railway tracks!! Paw Patrol is on a Roll. Rubble befriends and coaxes the baby Triceratop off the tracks and even gets that dino to help rescue one of the baby pterodactyls. As Chase, Skye and Marshall collect the other two hatchlings, Rocky rigs his peanut dispenser to deploy liver sausages luring the hungry Utahraptor home to the jungle. Soon all the prehistoric creatures are back where they should be, just in time for Rubble to wake from his most vivid dream ever.

It's a great day for Sodor! HIRO is returning to the Island. THOMAS and PERCY are very excited. SIR TOPHAM HATT tells THOMAS and PERCY that he is organising a welcome party for HIRO at Knapford. THOMAS is to tell all the other engines to gather at Knapford for it. But...THOMAS decides that getting a welcome present for HIRO would make him even happier. So THOMAS looks for a gift, in vain, at FARMER MCCOLL'S, at the Quarry and at the Steam Works...and he doesn't tell the engines he meets about the party. When THOMAS gets to Knapford, present-less, he sees HIRO alone and realises HIRO is also guest-less! THOMAS is devastated! He rushes back to the places he visited to tell all the engines about HIRO'S party. All gathered at Knapford - at last - HIRO tells THOMAS that the biggest present of all is to be with all the engines - his dear friends!

THOMAS is excited. He has to deliver new white bee hives / houses to FARMER TROTTER. HIRO warns THOMAS to puff through the shady woodland so that the bees would rest. At a junction, THOMAS decides the bees would find the track by the flowery field much prettier! Chaos! The bees swarm to the flowers and won't come back at THOMAS' bidding! THOMAS leaves the hives and chuffs off to 'borrow' HIRO'S flatbed of flowers, to entice the bees back to him. It works except that THOMAS is now covered by a swarm of bees!! Eventually, THOMAS admits his mistake and takes the flower flatbed back to the hives. He then takes the shady track, the bees return to the hives and FARMER TROTTER has his bees and bee hives!

Depth Thoughts / Tunnel Vision / A Bridge for All Zerbies
Zack and Rex find a shallow part of Zerby Town Lake. They decide to make the shallow part even longer by dumping some gravel into the water. But when Bob the boat comes by he ends up stuck in the shallow water that wasn't shallow before. Zack and Rex realize they need to fix the problem they created. Rex offers to lift Bob from one side of the shallow part to the other. Getting a 'bucket ride' is fun, but Rex would have to do it every time Bob needs to crow. They look around and Zack and Bob realize they just need to make the water shallow enough for trucks to drive through, but deep enough so Bob the boat doesn't drive aground. --- Strut the Crane and Mika the Mechanic have constructed a large tunnel. Zack and Lily can't wait to try it. But when they do they realize it's very dark in the tunnel and they can't see. Mika has a light and she drives in to light it up, but Mika is too big to drive past when she's in the tunnel too. She can't leave the light either, since it has to be attached to her to work. But when Mika bumps into the side of the tunnel, some of the bark that makes the roof shifts and lets in sunlight. The Zerbies realize if they make little openings between the pieces of bark, they can use sunlight to light up the tunnel. Once this is done they play in the tunnel all day till it gets dark again. Once they realize the tunnel is dark because it's night they decide to go home for the day - ready to play in the tunnel again tomorrow. --- Zack and Axle find a bridge make out of sticks that crosses a small gap. The bridge, held up by two long sticks, can support Axle's weight, but when Zack tries to cross, it breaks. They call Mika the mechanic to help them make a new bridge. They build one with 3 sticks which holds up Zack just fine, but when Mika tries to cross, it breaks under her heavier weight. Finally they build a bridge with 4 sticks that can hold up even Mika. But when Sandy the Bulldozer comes along, they realize they are going to have to build one more.

While playing, Splash senses something is wrong and quickly swims out of Dunk's way as he, comes in for a hard landing. The strange thing is that Splash wasn't even looking in Dunk's direction, so how did he know he was coming? Convinced that he has some sort of superpower, the kids begin testing Splash's limits in a series of sneak attacks, which never work. Gush soon explains that Splash isn't a superhero, but simply has a lateral line sense, which is common for fish.

The pups have dealt with monkey business before, but this is plain Humd-iculous!

After Buddy, Tiny, Shiny and Don learn that it's Mr. Conductor's birthday, they decide to throw him a surprise party on his favorite place - the Dinosaur Train! The whole family plans the party, and even secretly rides the Rocket Train to pick up friends from all around the Mesozoic and to gather ginkgo leaves for a special birthday cake. The party is a huge success - the Conductor is surprised and moved, and loves his tasty ginkgo leaf birthday cake. --- As the Pteranodon kids play in their family nest, Buddy stares at a sky full of clouds and asks the group, ,What are clouds?, Mr. Pteranodon and his neighbor, Mr. Lambeosaurus have different opinions. As they all get on the Dinosaur Train, they consider whether clouds are made of water or whether they're just made of fluff. Tiny knows who would have the facts -- Mr. Conductor! He explains that clouds are made of billions of tiny drops of water that are so light they float in the air. He also takes the group to a stop at Cloudy Point Station where the kids play a cloud-spotting game, identifying three types of clouds they learned about: cirrus, stratus, and cumulus. In the end, a rainstorm certainly proves that clouds are made of water!

At Knapford Station, HIRO sees that SIR TOPHAM HATT is very busy. SIR TOPHAM HATT is in a rush to see the THIN CONTROLLER. He appears without his hat and even knocks into a porter! EDWARD puffs in. He needs instructions from SIR TOPHAM HATT for the visitors he has. HIRO decides he will help SIR TOPHAM HATT, by making decisions for him, in SIR TOPHAM HATT'S absence! So, HIRO tells EDWARD to take the VISITORS to the Hills, he tells THOMAS to take time to visit FARMER TROTTER and the piglets and then tells PERCY to take his flatbed of ducks to the Fenland for a swim! HIRO feels delighted with his work until SIR TOPHAM HATT meets him. The VISITORS are late, FARMER MCCOLL wants his ducks and where is THOMAS and his crates!? SIR TOPHAM HATT is never too busy for engine business. HIRO is mortified. He chuffs off fast to tell EDWARD, THOMAS and PERCY to complete their tasks quickly. Order is returned and HIRO returns to Knapford where SIR TOPHAM HATT tells HIRO, he is still a Really Useful Engine!

The clues: A dressmaker's pattern from 1832, a postcard of Rosie the Riveter, a high-heeled silver boot The file label: "Work It" The investigation: E.B. heads to Black Creek Pioneer Village to investigate the dressmaker's pattern. He discovers that back in the 1800's, North American women mostly made all their own clothing. It was a lot of work, and women's fashion at the time involved many layers like corsets, hoops and petticoats. It wasn't easy working in those clothes either. Kyla finds out that a riveter is a person who works on airplanes. At the Canadian Historical Aviation Association she discovers that Rosie the Riveter is from World War II when men went off to war and women took up their jobs in factories. After donning the proper "Rosie" outfit of coveralls and bandana, Kyla pounds rivets into an airplane's fuselage. She discovers that the Rosie outfit wasn't only practical for the job; it also had a big influence on women's fashion. It was the first time in history that women were allowed to dress like men. E.B. finds a tag inside the high-heeled silver boot that leads him to a clothing rental warehouse. He finds out that the boot isn't a woman's boot but a man's boot! Welcome to the world of glam rock; an over the top fashion style from the 70's that started with musicians like David Bowie. The stylish duo discovers how fashion has evolved from a strict set of rules to what is now a common form of self-expression. Mystery solved: The kids figure out that as society has changed, so has fashion. Plus, "work it" is something people in fashion say when a model is doing a good job.
