In the end, Fico stumbles upon a tiny speck of gold - but gives up his dream of buying a fancy bike horn, and gives it to Oto. --- When their sandcastle contest is rained out, Team Doki sets off to the driest sandy place Oto knows - the SAHARA DESERT, in AFRICA - only to discover that the sand is too dry to build anything. They need water after all! Gabi knows there's water around, since plants and animals do live here. But how do they survive, in such a hot dry place? While Doki, Gabi, Anabella and Fico discover the adaptations of desert animals, Oto and Mundi try to 'save' a poor baby camel who won't come into the shade.

Everest helps the Paw Patrol search and lures the frightened baby bears back to shore and their mother bear! --- When little lambs keep running away from Farmer Al's pasture, it's up to the Paw Patrol to find the missing sheep and discover who's been making holes in the fence. Super Spy Chase uses his spy gear and tools to search for the culprit from outside the pasture, while Marshall infiltrates the flock by dressing up like a sheep! Despite the pups' efforts, three lambs manage to escape and get trapped in a cave. Now Marshall a.k.a Baaaaney, must save them and bring the real lambs home!

Victor explains the meaning of Health and Safety to Henry while he is visiting the Steamworks. Henry decides that he needs to make sure that everything is safe on Sodor. The problem is that Henry keeps changing things that are already safe. He takes Rocky to move telegraph poles from the tracks which are safely there to be collected by Percy, and Henry even gets Rocky to lift Percy off the tracks. The Fat Controller sees Percy hanging in mid air and soon tells Henry that he is causing chaos on the tracks. Henry realises that Percy is safe and asks Rocky to lower him to the ground. Henry is then happy to take Rocky to help with a real emergency on Sodor.

It's a rainy day on Sodor and Diesel has been asked to bring slate to the school. Diesel decides that he wants to bring something more exciting than slate for the children. He wants the children to clap and cheer when they see him. Diesel brings a truck of shiny red apples but when the children see the apples they are unhappy. There is a big hole in the school roof which is letting the rain in so the children can't go inside. They want the slate to fix the school roof. Diesel quickly brings the slate and the school roof is fixed. The children clap and cheer and Diesel realises that his delivery of slate was important after all.

That opens a box that has arrived with a delivery and removes two letters stuck together creating 'ch'. He asks This what it is. This is nearby working on repairing a train and he replies with 'ch, ch, ch, ch'. That thinks This isn't listening but is just playing with the train. He repeats his question and This repeats 'ch, ch, ch'. That finally picks up a car off the shelf and drives it towards This saying 'beep, beep, beep'. This replies with 'no, it's ch, ch, ch'. They finally figure out what each other is doing/saying, and This explains the sounds that 'ch' makes. They then decide to play train and car together.

Thomas is having a fun time with his special lemonade delivery. He is enjoying the popping sounds coming from his flatbed. Thomas travels along all the bumpy tracks to hear the funny popping sounds again and again. What Thomas doesn't know is that the corks are popping off the lemonade bottles he is due to deliver to the children's party. Thomas doesn't see when one of the corks pops off and hits Mr Bubbles on the nose, he doesn't see when the corks cause the baker to drop all of his cakes for the children's party. Thomas arrives at the party and all of the lemonade bottles have popped their corks. The bottles are empty. Thomas races back through Sodor to make everything perfect for the party. He collects new cakes and new bottles of lemonade and makes sure to choose the tracks with no bumps! This time Thomas makes a perfect delivery.

As Humdinger runs roughshod over the town with tickets, the Paw Patrol has to help Mayor Goodway get Chickaletta away from a bear who's grown fond of her.
