Paul Hellyer was first elected in 1949. He was the youngest MP ever elected at that time. He went on to win 8 elections, lose 5, run for the leadership of the Liberals and PCs, and found another party, Canadian Action. He now argues on for trying to change monetary policy in Canada and abroad.
