Just as the open house begins, Ella's Dad (Captain Grey) learns that Mayor Blue is stuck in a rowboat at sea. Ella and Dad set out on his ship to rescue Mayor Blue and get him back before Open House ends. They rescue Mayor Blue but the ship runs out of fuel. Itfs up to Ella to save the day and get everyone back, just in time.

Back home, the Great Wall of Fico takes shape, and it does temporarily stop the fighting - but the friends soon miss each other. In the end, they tear down their not-so-great-wall, and compromise instead. --- When Anabella accidentally volunteers the team to make 100 cupcakes for a festival, they all pitch in to help bake - but still end up in a mess. How can we make a lot of cupcakes fast, and without getting in each other's way? To find out, Doki leads a team to visit a toy factory in Germany where they see how an assembly line can help to make a lot of identical items in a short period of time. But when they try this method themselves - one team making toys, and the other cupcakes - they quickly learn that you need to fully understand the process before you start!

PERCY has a special Special. He is to deliver a big gift crate to Knapford. It is DOWAGER HATT'S birthday present from SIR TOPHAM HATT. PERCY is so proud, he decides that rather than go directly to Knapford, he will show off his gift crate to MAVIS. But at the Quarry, it gets covered in slate dust! PERCY is mortified and tries to rectify the situation by taking the crate to the wash down and then to be dried at the Steam Works. It is all a disaster! PERCY then realises that he could put the bedraggled parcel into a new crate. VICTOR helps him and supplies a brand new crate which is painted red. When DOWAGER HATT sees her new gift wrapped gift - she is thrilled!!

SIR TOPHAM HATT announces that the library is holding a special story time for all the children. He needs an engine to deliver the storybooks. THOMAS is so excited that he has been chosen for the special that he doesn't wait to for the books to be tied in place. As THOMAS gets more excited he chuffs faster and faster and ends up along a bumpy track. Soon his trucks bump high in the air and the storybooks land in FARMER MCCOLL'S field. THOMAS doesn't want to let the children down and decides to make it a picnic story time, and brings the children to the storybooks.

But a fallen tree blocks the way. --- It's busy at Zerby Town Airport, with Dotty the Drone, Flynn the Plane and Chase the Helicopter all flying around at the same time. After a few near-crashes they call Zack to help them figure out how to keep the airport traffic organized. --- Zack and Axle design a race course that goes right through the middle of Zerby Town. They plan an oval-shaped course, then a circle course and finally combine them into a 'figure 8' course.

Soon he really believes the lamp is magic and all he has to do is wish for something for it to happen. The others decide they have to tell him the truth. They explain that they just pretended the lamp was magic in order to make his day better. Lucas says it doesn't matter because he doesn't need a magic lamp anyway. It wasn't magic that made his bad day turn good - it was his great friends!

Luckily, Salty's Driftwood Bay friends are on hand to guide him and Puffin home. Salty realises that he's happy with a slower pace of life.

Splash and friends, as Reeftown Rangers, stay to help the one remaining Parrotfish save the reef, realizing that if harm can come to this reef, it can happen to any reef, including Reeftown.

The BBN news anchor is Sticks from Gisèle's Big Backyard. In this episode, Aliyah plays mini golf for the first time.

While Rubble is getting ready to DJ the Adventure Bay dance party, Spy Chase and Rocky work with Ryder to rescue three bats who have strayed into Katie's Pet Parlor. After Skye flies them back to their cave, DJ Rubble's music draws the entire flock of bats to town! Rubble gets past his fear of bats and takes the party on the road to guide them safely home. --- When Marshall tests for his green belt out in the woods, he and Sensei Yumi are accidentally cut off from communication. The Paw Patrol must warn them about an incoming windstorm and then get them safely down off a cliff ledge. During the rescue, Marshall demonstrates both bravery and mastery of physical skills, which prove that he has what it takes to earn his belt!

During a race across Saturn's moon Titan, a cryovolcano blast strips Hawk of his colors. Eager to look like himself again, he goes in for a paint job, but a robotic error causes the cadet to emerge with a new, shockingly colorful body. He soon finds himself idolized by young groupies who follow his every move, turning him into the campus 'rock star.' To Eagle and Robyn's dismay, their friend has become ruled by his newfound fame. Inspired by Hawk's new status, Crow flies to Titan and quickly finds himself in danger. When the older cadets soar to the rescue, Hawk acts on his instincts to rescue Crow from an icy blast, accidentally stripping his paint off again. Now deemed a hero for his actions, Hawk realizes R 2 that he prefers to be guided by what really counts: what's inside. He schedules a new paint job and to everyone's relief, emerges looking like his old self.

Sports enthusiast Thomas, who has Down syndrome, lives with his father and dreams of getting a paid job to help him live independently. Once a registered nurse, Nathalea became legally blind suddenly at the age of 32. In the years since, she has been job-hunting in her field with no success. Despite their personal struggles, Thomas and Nathalea remain positive and hope they will achieve financial independence doing something they love.
