When they arrive, Doki sees someone putting something mysterious in the lake. Aha! They must be polluting it and the white mounds surrounding the lake must be pollution too! The Team jumps into action to save the lake - but they soon discover that they've been jumping to conclusions too... --- En route to a comic book festival, Doki stumbles upon a newly hatched duckling. To Doki's surprise, the duckling follows him! It seems like 'Ducki' has mistakenly 'imprinted' on Doki, he thinks he's his mama! To set things right, half the Team heads off to search Lake Weewananoh for the mother duck, while Anabella and Gabi stay behind with a reluctant Doki. Doki grudgingly agrees to behave like a Mama duck to avoid confusing Ducki. He soon grows fond of Ducki, and even saves him from danger!

The PAW Patrol is called in to action find Gilda's mom or dad and get the family back together. When they do find Mom, they have another rescue to complete to get her out of a deep ravine. --- Adventure Bay has been picked as a Finalist in the Tidiest Town Contest and looks like they're going to win! That is until Mayor Humdinger unleashes his Kitten Catastrophe Crew and those naughty kittens mess up everything in sight. Mayor Goodway calls in the Paw Patrol to find the source of the mess and help get the town back into ship shape!

Percy wants to make friends with the wild animals on Sodor. First he approaches a squirrel but it runs away, then a rabbit but it runs away too. Finally he tries to make friends with a bird but it also runs away. Percy just can't understand why the animals keep running away from him. As Percy is thinking about this Gordon rushes past and frightens him by going so fast and being so loud. Percy realises that big things can scare little things. So Percy decides to approach the animals again but this time he is very gentle and quiet. Soon the rabbit, the squirrel and the bird have hopped onto Percy's buffer. Percy takes his new friends to meet the other engines.

Edward the Hero
Edward is given the special job of being the Sodor Search and Rescue Engine at the SSRC. Edward decides that he needs to become a hero if he is to help Harold at the SSRC. Edward thinks that heroes are strong, fast and stern so decides he must be strong, fast and stern too. Edward goes on his mission to become a hero. He helps Charley by being funny, he helps Dowager Hatt by being kind, and helps Farmer McColl's dog by being gentle. Edward though doesn't think he's a hero because he hasn't shown he is fast, strong and stern. When Edward arrives to work with Harold at the SSRC the place is deserted. Edward leaves thinking that he will never help Harold and be a true hero. As Edward chuffs along the tracks he sees people cheering and waving to him and calling him a hero. Word has spread that Edward has been kind, funny and gentle. The Fat Controller tells Edward that he is the biggest hero of all because he is Edward. Edward races of with Harold to the SSRC.

Zerby Derby
Between a Rock and a Wet Place / Disappearing Leaf Pile / Sw
Zack and Rex are exploring a trail near Zerby Town Lake when Zack falls down a steep hill and lands on a small beach. The hill is too steep to climb up and the beach is blocked at both ends, preventing Zack from being able to get back. Zack and Rex try, try again to figure out a way to get Zack off the beach. Rex gets a rope and tries to pull Zack up, but Zack keeps getting caught and Rex can't pull him. While Rex is off looking for answers, Fran the Ferry comes by and asks Zack what he's up to. That's when Zack realizes that he can get off the beach by riding on the water - on Fran! --- Zack and Lily are playing with a jump that always flips them upside-down. They realize a pile of leaves would be a great way to land upside-down. But it's a very windy day in Zerby Town Forest and the leaves blow away. Putting sticks on the leaves makes them no fun to jump on. Zack and Lily look for an answer and realize digging a hole to put the leaves in will protect them from the wind so they will be there when they jump off and land upside-down. --- Zack and Axle find a road going down a steep hill. But Axle doesn't like the road too much because it goes back and forth across the hill instead of straight down - which is much faster. They call Sandy the Bulldozer to change the road to one that goes straight down. But when Sandy is finished they find that getting up the road is too steep. They realize going across the hill makes it easier to climb, but they have to change directions several times before they get all the way to the top. In the end, they have built a switchback road to the top of the hill, the same kind of road they had before. But Axle doesn't mind, now that he knows why the road looks like that.

When they find Wally, he's not alone, he's got a special friend, Walinda! Things get even more exciting when the gang discover that Wally and Walinda are going to have a baby. The walruses jump and flip around celebrating and as Walinda dives down deep she suddenly gets tangled in an anchor chain. She needs to be rescued! And before you know it a baby walrus pup is the newest addition to Adventure Bay.

The whole Pteranodon Family takes a rollicking adventure on the Dinosaur Train Riverboat! Buddy and Don vow to spend every minute together, but while Buddy wants to spend all his time investigating the creatures on the river, Don wants to spend all his time playing games and investigating the buffet. Can they come to some kind of agreement? --- While still rolling down the river on the Dinosaur Train Riverboat, Grandpa Pteranodon tells Buddy about the Legend of Admiral Globidens - a HUGE Mososaur that supposedly lives on the river, but no one has ever seen. Buddy enlists Dad and Tiny's help to look for Admiral Globidens, but they can't seem to find him. Does Admiral Globidens really exist, or is he just a figment of someone's imagination?

James is asked to be the Sodor Search and Rescue Engine but is horrified when the Fat Controller asks Toby to help him. James says that he doesn't need Toby's help as Sodor Rescue engines are Steam Engines, not Steam Trams like Toby! James chuffs off to rescue Gordon at the Fenland and Toby follows. James says he can save Gordon, whose wheels have come off the track, by pulling him forward, but Toby thinks they should fetch Rocky as Gordon is too heavy. James doesn't listen to Toby and tries to pull him but Gordon's driving wheels now come off the track. Again Toby says they need to get Rocky. Again James ignores him. This time James tries to push Gordon. The Fenland track cracks and Gordon falls but James still refuses to take Toby's advice to get Rocky to help them. James tries once more and sends Gordon and himself flying into the fenland mud. At last James realises that he needs Toby's help and asks him to go and fetch Rocky. James says that Toby is the best Rescue Tram on the whole of Sodor.

Climate Watch Shorts: Polar bears on the brink
When the ice in Hudson Bay melts each spring, northern Ontario becomes home to nearly a thousand polar bears, but scientists are noticing extreme weight loss among that population. Between 1984 and 2009, the average weight of a male polar bear in the region dropped by 45 kilograms, while females were 31 kilograms lighter. A shorter freeze-up season means less time to access vital food sources, and that puts Ontario's polar bear population at risk.
