Back home, they use what they've learned, to construct a festive Tower of Tastiness! --- Seeing 'The Nutcracker' is Anabella's favourite Christmas tradition. And this year, the whole Team will see it, in MOSCOW, RUSSIA! But upon arrival, they learn that the ballet will be cancelled if the costumes can't get to the theatre, due to the icy roads. The Team offers to take them in Oto's plane - but the door is frozen shut! How can they melt the ice, without heat? Thanks to a salty snack, they discover that salt melts ice. In the end, the costume-laden plane makes a grand entrance - 'sailing' down the frozen Moskva river, through the heart of Moscow!

During a big game of hide and go seek, Julia and Julius decide to hide in the Lookout and before they know it they find themselves on a fast ride in Zuma's hovercraft just as a big storm is kicking up. Zuma catches a ride on the back of Ryder's ATV to rescue his vehicle, and tow the twins to shore. --- Mayor Goodway is super excited about the fireworks display that will top off Adventure Bay Day. That is until she discovers there's been a mix-up at the post office and she has received a package of piglets! To add to the chaos, once the box was opened up, all the piglets escaped! She calls in the Paw Patrol to find her fireworks and rescue the pigs. Chase is on a wild piglet round-up as he and Skye find and capture the little oinkers, while Ryder and Marshall track down the missing box of fireworks.

This explains that he?s not in actual fact cold, but was making the sound the 'br' makes.

It's the Winter Holidays on Sodor. Thomas is excited because that means it's party time! However Thomas's friends need help. Percy has a cracked coupling rod, Edward's pistons are popping and Stanley has a faulty firebox. Thomas brings them all to the Steamworks to be fixed. Victor is so busy that he won't be able to fix all the engines in time for the party. Thomas decides to bring the party to the Steamworks so his friends won't miss the party but doesn't tell Victor. Thomas asks Rocky to deliver the Xmas tree but Rocky drops it in front of Kevin and causes chaos. Thomas realises he should have told Victor about the party. Thomas tells Victor about the party and soon all the engines help to get ready. The star is fixed on the xmas tree and the engines have a great party.

It is a very foggy day on Sodor. All the engines are asked to stay at Tidmouth Sheds by the Fat Controller. Spencer wants to get back to the Duke and Duchess's Summerhouse rather than stay at Tidmouth Sheds. Spencer can't find his way in the fog and arrives at Mavis's quarry and Whiff's Waste Dump rather than at the Summerhouse. Just as Spencer thinks he has arrived at the Summerhouse he realises he is back at Tidmouth Sheds. Thomas and the engines are kind to him and he realises he has been a silly engine. Now it is Spencer's turn to be kind and he goes to find Percy who is still lost in the fog. Spencer uses his whistle to find Percy and soon they return safely to Tidmouth Sheds.

One Lane or Two / Chase on the Water / Sandscape
Everyone in Zerby Town decides to make an extra-long driveway. But with all the Zerbies' driveways extra-long, Main Street gets squished down to only one narrow lane. Zack and Axle try to figure out the problem. Zack thinks all the Zerbies should take turns driving in one direction - then the other. This works until they realize someone always needs to be there to direct traffic. Zack volunteers, but he realizes he can't spend all day directing traffic. They know shortening the driveways would make Main Street wider, but no one wants to shorten their new driveway. Axle realizes if they all move their garages back a bit, they can widen Main Street and still have long driveways. --- Chase is out exploring Zerby Town Forest when he comes across Bob the Boat and Piper the Float Plane watching a Lily pad, waiting to see a frog. Chase wants to wait with them but there's nowhere for him to land. He tries landing on the water, but he's doesn't float. He tries landing on the shore, but he's too far away. Then he tries landing on Bob, but Bob is too tippy for Chase to land on. Chase realizes he needs something light enough to fly with but something that will allow him to float. Once he finds some perfect sticks he can float as well as Flynn. --- Zack and Lily drive down to the beach near Zerby Town Lake for some fun playing in the soft sand. When they get there, Lily warns Zack not to stop, because he could get stuck. Zack forgets and gets stuck in the sand. Rocking back and forth only digs Zack in deeper. Lily tries to push him but she can't figure out a way to do it without stopping herself. Lily searches for answers and comes back with a piece of bark which she puts under Zack's wheels for traction. Zack gets out of the sand and they continue their adventures.

Cap'n Turbot and his cousin Francois are white whale watching in Adventure Bay when the Flounder hits a rock and starts to sink! This rescue will need all paws on deck. Chase's winch can pull the boat to the dock, while Rubble's crane lifts one end for Rocky to repair. Once it's back in ship shape Francois steers the Flounder out to the bay, only problem is a storm is brewing. Sure enough he gets caught in wild weather and is tossed overboard! Another Flounder fiasco. Ryder and Cap'n Turbot rescue the unmanned boat while Zuma and Skye find Francois, riding the white whale!

When Crystal and the King go for a trip to the Big Pond, they learn that it's being recklessly overfished! They enlist the help of the Pteranodon Family to try to spread the word that if the dinosaurs and pterosaurs aren't more careful, the Big Pond will run out of fish to eat. But when Crystal realizes that nothing they're doing is actually raising awareness of the issue, she decides to organize a HUGE benefit concert, and everyone agrees to pitch in and help (as long as the King doesn't have to perform)! --- The ,Don't Overfish the Big Pond, Benefit Concert is underway, and it's a HUGE success! But because there's so much to organize, Crystal never finds the time to rehearse her big finale - so when it's time for her to go onstage, she experiences something she's never experienced before - stage fright! Can the kids help Crystal get over her stage fright and get her back onstage, or will the King have to come out of ,performance retirement, to help her out?

Stop that Bus!
Thomas feels sorry that Bertie doesn't get to travel on the rails so decides to take Bertie on a tour on Sodor by rail. Bertie rolls onto Thomas's flatbed and soon they're off on their adventure. They go to the Fenland and Gordon's Hill. Bertie loves the sights but then realises that he needs to go and collect Dowager Hatt and her friends. He can't be late. Thomas though is having such a good time as tour leader that he doesn't listen to Bertie when he says he needs to get back. Thomas races straight past Dowager and her friends at the bus stop and heads straight for Misty Island. Bertie meets the logging locos and takes Bertie across the Shake Shake Bridge. Chaos ensues as the flatbed rolls away from Thomas and Bertie becomes stuck on the flatbed in the middle of the Shake Shake Bridge. The Fat Controller arrives to find out why Bertie hasn't collected his mother! Thomas realises his mistake and chuffs away fast to ask Harold to rescue Bertie. Thomas then collects Dowager and her friends and brings them to meet Bertie at the Shake Shake Bridge. Dowager and her friends jump into the back of Bertie and the flatbed is reattached onto Thomas. Soon the happy gang race through the countryside as Bertie is pulled along by Thomas. Dowager, her friends, Thomas and Bertie have the best fun ever!

Rubble gets past his fear of bats and takes the party on the road to guide them safely home. --- When Marshall tests for his green belt out in the woods, he and Sensei Yumi are accidentally cut off from communication. The Paw Patrol must warn them about an incoming windstorm and then get them safely down off a cliff ledge. During the rescue, Marshall demonstrates both bravery and mastery of physical skills, which prove that he has what it takes to earn his belt!

Monty Don turns to the French love of food to find out how it has influenced the country's gardens. He travels to some of the most famous potagers, or kitchen gardens, where vegetables and flowers are planted together in elaborate displays. He talks to gardeners about this style of planting, which has been copied the world over. He also visits allotments, learns to pick asparagus, enjoys some of the best produce from the land, and learns about the importance the French attach to the soil.
