Solar Train / Bird Watching
Our Pteranodon family accompanies Mr. Conductor to the Troodon Town Roundhouse to meet up with Thurston Troodon, the Rocket Train's conductor. They all soon learn that Tricia Troodon - a younger, hotshot conductor -- actually invited everyone there to see her new train - the Solar Train! The kids learn that it's powered by the sun! To test the trains' performances, the three Conductors, along with the help of Buddy, Tiny, Shiny and Don, have a race to the Triassic between the Dinosaur Train, Thurston's Rocket Train and Tricia's new Solar Train! --- Buddy and Tiny give Elliot Enantiornithine, a first timer on the Dinosaur Train, a tour of the Train. When they go through Laura Giganotosaurus' car, she explains to them that today is her bird watching/drawing day, but she hasn't found a single bird to watch. But, there's Elliot. He hams it up for Laura, who watches and draws him. This is so fun that Buddy and Tiny bring Laura to meet another bird friend-- Arlene Archeopteryx. Then Arlene and Elliot introduce the kids and Laura to a new bird named Peng Protopteryx! It's a successful birdwatching/drawing day as all three birds are delighted to show off their unique feathers.

I'D RATHER READ IT MYSELF: The Tibble Twins are better than D.W. at just about everything--they can yell louder, bounce higher, and even get dizzier. It would be great if D.W. could at least read before the Tibbles do! Can she spin a tale dazzling enough to convince them she can?

Assigned to visit a unique feature of our solar system, Hawk, Eagle and Robyn eventually reach the Oort Cloud, a vast field dotted with icy objects orbiting a great distance from the Sun. But when their engines are disabled by a Proton storm, they find themselves helplessly hurtling forward. Objects moving through space will keep on moving through space unless an outside force stops them... and the Oort Cloud is so empty, there's nothing to stop them. They try radioing for help, and getting an assist from the passing Giotto Probe, all to no avail. With some ingenuity, they figure out how to harness the carbonated thrust from a few bottles of Fizzy Fuel Pop - and even one of Hawk's burps - to change course and finally propel themselves back toward Earth.

They discover that by using 'simple machines' like pulleys and rollers, you can make work easier - without a bulldozer in sight! --- Team Doki loves playing Hide and Seek, but their 'hiding' skills need work. So when they get a tip about some 'expert hiders' on a nature reserve in NAMIBIA, they're eager to meet them, and find out; How can we get better at hiding? In Namibia, a friendly ranger introduces them to a variety of animals who know how to blend in, stay still or look like something they're not, to fool any 'seeker' around! By the time they return home, Team Doki are hiding experts, and ready for a Hide and Seek re-match.

Thomas decides that he will just have to do everything so he rushes back and forward from Brendham Docks to the Steamworks - helping the Logging Locos and playing a games of hide and seek with Percy. Thomas asks Cranky to help him show the Logging Locos how to be really useful while he is away. Thomas is in the middle of his game of hide and seek but decides he has time to check on Cranky and the Locos. Instead of helping Thomas Cranky has lifted Dash high into the air!!! Not helpful at all. Thomas realises he needs to do one thing at a time so finishes showing the Locos how to be really useful, and then finishes the games of hide and seek with his best friend Percy.

Thomas is asked to collect precious Jobi Wood from Misty Island by the Fat Controller. He is so excited and decides to head there as quickly as possible. Bash, Dash and Ferdinand, the Logging Locos, offer to help Thomas but Thomas doesn't think he needs their help. Thomas takes Edward with him. On Misty Island Thomas shows Edward all the exciting places to visit. There's the Shake Shake Bridge and of course Ol Wheezy Hee Haw. Thomas starts to collect the Jobi wood and it's not long before Ol Wheezy starts throwing the Jobi logs everywhere. It's chaos as Thomas tries to bring Ol Wheezy under control. He just can't stop the Jobi logs flying through the air. Luckily for Thomas the Logging Locos turn up on Misty Island to help him. At last order is restored and Thomas delivers the Jobi Wood to Sodor.

When a boy named Danny sees Ryder perform an incredible stunt during a rescue, it inspires him to become a daredevil. Changing his name to Daring Danny X, the boy attempts to jump 10 cars with his ATV and it's only Ryder and the pups' quick response that prevents him from crashing. Instead of being deterred, DDX decides to amp things up and jump Rattlesnake Canyon. So Ryder must scramble the Air Patroller to conduct a daring mid-air rescue! --- Ryder entrusts the care of Adventure Bay to Robo-Dog while he and the Pups take a well-deserved break. But Robo-Dog goes on a fixing rampage that ends with him souping up the Flounder until it careens around the Bay like a jet. Ryder and the Pups have to cut their vacation short to bring the Flounder home and save Robo-Dog from the watery depths of Adventure Bay.

Nicknamed "The Garden of Rarities," the Ojibway Prairie Complex is a five-park system in Windsor home to some of the province's rarest species. The park system is made up of tallgrass prairie, an endangered ecosystem type that used to cover 23 per cent of North America.
