Just as the open house begins, Ella's Dad (Captain Grey) learns that Mayor Blue is stuck in a rowboat at sea. Ella and Dad set out on his ship to rescue Mayor Blue and get him back before Open House ends. They rescue Mayor Blue but the ship runs out of fuel. Itfs up to Ella to save the day and get everyone back, just in time.

The Mystery of Dine and Dash
The clues: An old photo of Montgomery's Inn, a small square plastic dish, a prop fish on a stick The file label: "Dash and Dine". The investigation: The kids look up the words "dash and dine" and the results show that the expression is actually "dine and dash". It means to run out on a bill without paying. So Kyla wonders if Hermione mixed up the words on her file label and she meant to write about stealing. But E.B. thinks the mystery might be about food. They split up the clues and head off to investigate. Kyla discovers that Montgomery's Inn is now a museum. But it used to be a place where travelers could rent rooms and get basic meals. Hermione even used to stop by for afternoon tea and gingerbread! Kyla helps make gingerbread the old-fashioned way and finds out that Hermione always paid her bill at Montgomery's Inn. So this mystery probably isn't about stealing. E.B. finds out that the plastic dish is a container from an airplane. So he heads to Gate Group, an airline services company. There, he meets Chef Russell who tells him that the dish is from an airplane meal. E.B. checks out the massive kitchen where airplane meals are made. He finds out that this kitchen makes about 8 million meals a year for people flying all over the world! The chef challenges E.B. to put together all the pieces that make up the completed airplane meal the chef has set out. E.B. completes the puzzle and discovers that airplanes are kind of the restaurants of the sky. Meanwhile, Kyla finds out that the prop fish on a stick clue is from a dinner theatre called Famous People Players. At the dinner theatre, she discovers that Famous People Players hires developmentally challenged people to work in the kitchen and put on a show that features giant puppet props. Kyla helps out in the kitchen for the pre-show dinner and gets to lift the curtain for the night's performance. Every night, Famous People Players prepare meals and put on a show for hundreds of people. Some of those people even come from out of town just to enjoy the experience.

Pedro thinks his eyebrows are too thick. Koda thinks his fur isn't shiny enough. Suki thinks her shape is too square. Lili, who feels very confidant, encourages everyone, making them all feel special in their own way. Daisy awards Lili a medal, not for how she looks and walks etc, but for the kindness she showed the others as they prepared for the show.

Meanwhile, Oto and Mundi barter for enough fuel to fly home again. --- The Team is happily making hand-shadows in the beam of Doki's flashlight, when a call for assistance comes in. A friend named Davy needs help changing a light bulb! But what kind of light bulb needs more than one person to change it? Intrigued, they set off to CORNWALL, UNITED KINGDOM. On arrival, they discover that the light bulb is actually a lighthouse beacon - and Davy needs help replacing the giant lens that magnifies it! The repair work doesn't go quite as planned, but Doki's flashlight inspires a solution that gets the beacon shining again.

The PAW Patrol races to the rescue, but the roads aren't the only thing affected by the ice. The Engineer's train can't break on the icy tracks and it's headed for a huge snow drift on the crossing! Ryder, Rubble, and EVEREST have to get there in time and clear out all the snow and ice! --- Mayor Goodway challenges Mayor Humdinger's Basketball team to a game. The only thing Mayor Goodway is missing though is a...Basketball team! She calls Ryder and the PAW Patrol for help, and Ryder thinks the pups would make a great team! The pups become the Adventure Bay All-Stars and they'll need everyone, including a reluctant Marshall, to pitch in and help win one for Mayor Goodway and the town. Nothing but net!

Leslie Caron: Reluctant Star
Toronto producer Vanessa Dylyn pursued Hollywood legend Leslie Caron for 10 years before the actress agreed to this documentary about her life and work. Veteran documentarian Larry Weinstein directs this portrait of Caron, who was plucked from a ballet troupe to star alongside Gene Kelly in An American in Paris and went on to star in a series of other classic films.

Using everyday ingredients: milk, cream, salt and lemon juice, along with some heat and time, before long Link is assembling triple layers of noodles, sautéed vegetables, tomato sauce, and of course, ricotta cheese, creating an ooey gooey pan of deliciousness. --- On the menu today is Lemon Meringue Pie, a sweet and tangy favourite, made simpler through the use of an already prepared graham cracker crust from the store. Of course the crowning glory of a Lemon Meringue Pie is the fluffy, foamy, cloud-like topping.
