But she needs to use the sun to charge the big battery back up again. She picks a sunny spot and falls asleep. When Zack and Rex find her, looking for a charge, Mika is in the Shade. She moves and waits again. When they return Mika is convinced that the shadow is following her. Rex and Zack look at the situation and realize there is a tree that is casting a shadow. The tree's shadow is moving because the sun is moving across the sky. They find a nice open spot and Zack and Mika wait for a charge while the fully charged Rex drives in excited circles.

To find out, Doki, Mundi and Anabella fly to The Great Wall of China and join a restoration crew, while Fico, Gabi and Oto become wall-builders back home. Doki's group learns how the wall was made, and how it worked to stop invaders. Back home, the Great Wall of Fico takes shape, and it does temporarily stop the fighting - but the friends soon miss each other. In the end, they tear down their not-so-great-wall, and compromise instead. --- When Anabella accidentally volunteers the team to make 100 cupcakes for a festival, they all pitch in to help bake - but still end up in a mess. How can we make a lot of cupcakes fast, and without getting in each other's way? To find out, Doki leads a team to visit a toy factory in Germany where they see how an assembly line can help to make a lot of identical items in a short period of time. But when they try this method themselves - one team making toys, and the other cupcakes - they quickly learn that you need to fully understand the process before you start!

Yoo Hoo / Axle's Hill / Balancing Boats and Floats
Zack and Lily take different paths to Zerby Town Marsh. When they get there they can't see each other. The Zerbies can talk to each other with their radios, but they still have to find each other. Lily tries honking her horn for Zack to find her, but the noise echoes, making it hard for Zack to figure out where it's coming from. Lily tries shaking a tree, but the only tree that's small enough for her to shake is too small for Zack to see. Finally, they hit upon the idea of using something they can both see (an old, dead tree) to drive towards until they find each other. --- Zack comes upon Axle who is struggling to drive up a hill with a large flag that he made. Axle's tires aren't very good at gripping the dirt. Zack's tires are very grippy but he doesn't have enough power to climb the hill with Axle's big flag. They call the strongest Zerby they know, Rex. But Rex can't climb the hill either, because he's a heavy truck and even all his power isn't enough to make it up the hill. Sandy the bulldozer comes by and the Zerbies learn that not only are Bulldozers super powerful, but the caterpillar treads grip the dirt even better than wheels. Sandy not only carries the flag to the top of the hill, but tows up Axle, Zack and Rex as well. --- Bob the Boat and Flynn the Float-Plane meet up with the Construction Zerbies, who, with the help of Fran the Ferry, are moving rocks across the lake. Bob and Flynn want to help move rocks. Bob has Strut place a rock on his front, but that just tips him forward. Flynn tries a rock on his back, but that just tips him backward. They both try their sides but that doesn't seem to work either. Zack comes by and shows them how he has his rock right in the middle - where it balances. Bob and Flynn decide to try, try again, this time with rocks right in the middle, where they feel they balance the best. Sure enough, when the rocks are in the right spot Bob and Flynn can carry them across the lake with no problem.

The dogs are playing in the back yard when Lucas sees a small turtle wander under the fence. The gang is riveted - what is it? Koda says he has seen one before - it's a turtle. And it looks like a baby one. Lois approaches and the gang immediately takes it in to protect it. They decide to keep it as a pet. Soon they have to adapt all their routines/games/snacks to fit Zippy's turtly needs. Zippy is with them and at snack and quiet time. And they even pretend they don't want to go for walkies so they can stay to look after Zippy. But during music time, they sing a song about wild animals needing to be free (or a hear Rosie read a story) and they realize they have to let Zippy go. Just as they are about to, Rosie discovers it. She tells them the turtle belongs in the wild and they all go for walkies after all and take back to the ravine and let it go into the wild where they know it belongs.

They get some dirt and they get some water and put them together in a hole. But no matter how much they mix them together, it just doesn't make mud. They decided to add more dirt. No good. They call Walter the wash truck over to add even more water. Still no mud. They are confused. They go off looking for answers and find out from Fill the front loader that they were using sand, not dirt. They realize sand and dirt are very different. Dirt and water make mud, but sand and water make... sand castles!

During a race across Saturn's moon Titan, a cryovolcano blast strips Hawk of his colors. Eager to look like himself again, he goes in for a paint job, but a robotic error causes the cadet to emerge with a new, shockingly colorful body. He soon finds himself idolized by young groupies who follow his every move, turning him into the campus 'rock star.' To Eagle and Robyn's dismay, their friend has become ruled by his newfound fame. Inspired by Hawk's new status, Crow flies to Titan and quickly finds himself in danger. When the older cadets soar to the rescue, Hawk acts on his instincts to rescue Crow from an icy blast, accidentally stripping his paint off again. Now deemed a hero for his actions, Hawk realizes R 2 that he prefers to be guided by what really counts: what's inside. He schedules a new paint job and to everyone's relief, emerges looking like his old self.

In the South Pacific, there is no such thing as a deserted island. They may be the most isolated in the world, but across this vast region each of its 20,000 islands has been colonized. This is the story of the ultimate castaways, including saltwater crocodiles, giant eels, crested iguanas and weird frogs, who succeeded against all odds to reach islands thousands of kilometres apart. Many of these colonizers arrived on the back of the most violent forces of nature, like cyclones and tsunamis.
